The Appliance Team text messaging program is operated by ABC Denver LLC d/b/a The Appliance Team, 203 Jackson Dr, Erie, CO 80516.
1. Types of Messages
We offer two separate types of text messages. You choose each one separately when you opt in:
- Service messages: appointment confirmations and reminders, technician arrival updates, job status updates, and post-service follow-ups.
- Marketing messages: special offers and promotions (such as credits toward a future repair or service), seasonal maintenance reminders, and follow-ups about these offers.
Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of any purchase.
2. Message Frequency
Service messages: frequency varies based on your appointments. Marketing messages: up to 4 messages per month.
3. Cost
Message and data rates may apply.
4. Opting Out
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from us. You may also reply UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT. You will receive one confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent. To resubscribe, reply START.

6. Carrier Liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
7. Eligibility
You must be the account holder or an authorized user of the mobile number you provide and at least 18 years old.
8. Privacy
Please see our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is always available on this page.
