The Samsung ice maker problem
On many Samsung French-door refrigerators, the ice maker sits in the door. Warm air can leak into that compartment, frost builds up, and the ice maker jams or ice stops dispensing. Defrosting it helps for a while, but the fix is to repair the seal, heater or fan that lets the frost form. It’s one of the most common Samsung repairs we do.

It's a drain error, usually a clogged pump filter, a kinked drain hose or a failing drain pump. Clean the filter at the bottom front first; if the code comes back, we'll replace the pump.
The refrigerator is in demo (showroom) mode, so the lights work but it doesn't cool. It can usually be turned off by holding two buttons on the panel; the combination depends on the model.
